Reviewing Site Potential
We advise clients on the development potential of sites in the context of transport planning policies and infrastructure, including existing services, topography, flooding ground conditions, transport systems and access.

Preparing Transport Assessments
We produce Transport Assessments consistent with national and local planning guidance in support of planning applications where transport issues are a significant consideration. Our expertise in the field ranges from single dwellings to new settlements, leisure, sporting venues, employment, retail, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Preparing Environmental Impact Assessments
We contribute to EIAs on transport, infrastructure and flood risk matters across a broad spectrum of greenfield and brownfield sites for a variety of end uses.

Devising Drainage Strategies
We devise drainage strategies and prepare flood risk assessments for sites as part of reviewing their feasibility and bringing them forward through the planning process.

Resolving Development Briefs and Planning Obligations
Backed by our seasoned understanding and experience of all aspects of the planning system, we can successfully negotiate, conclude design and implement S106/S278 and any other legal agreements for our clients.

Supporting Community Design
We work closely with urban designers to ensure that our expertise in sustainable transport and integrated highway design informs their master plans and community layouts. In the process, we contribute to ‘Planning for Real’ and other events as part of our commitment to working with local communities.

Appearing as an Expert Witness
We can draw upon our very extensive portfolio of traffic and transport planning experience when appearing on behalf of our clients as an expert witness at public inquiries of all sorts.
